Just released iOS 5 Beta 3 brings new Accessibility settings called “AssistiveTouch,” which allows user to set up a floating panel to access a variety of hardware controls and gesture-based commands without using an iPad or iPhone’s hardware buttons.

AssistiveTouch can be enabled by going in Settings->General->Accessibility->AssistiveTouch. Once its turned on new menu will appear that will let user rotate the screen orientation, control the device’s volume, “shake” the device, lock the display and more.
